. Normal delivery is 3-10 business days. Inmate package inspections and lock downs can sometimes delay the delivery of items, especially around the holiday season. Inmate funds can take additional time to post to an inmate's commissary account depending on the processing speed of the specific facility.

A book that I would like to send is not on your site, can you special order this book for me?
Konmart.com accepts requests for books, however Konmart.com must approve the content of the book with the penitentiary system and the book must be available in paperback. You can

Can a prison reject a shipment to a particular inmate?
Yes, a prison can reject a shipment for a particular inmate if they are on bad behavior or have violated certain facility regulations (such as fighting etc).
What happens if a package shipped to an inmate is rejected?
While Konmart.com guarantees delivery of the items listed for each penitentiary, Konmart.com takes no responsibility for shipments that are rejected for compliance issues (this includes; not following the ordering guidelines set forth on the store homepage of each penitentiary, or inmates in violation of individual penitentiary rules which restricts them from receiving packages). Konmart.com will offer a refund if the undeliverable merchandise is returned within 30 days no questions asked. Orders that are cancelled, and consist of funding an inmate's commissary account are subject to a Non-refundable $6.50 funds cancellation fee.
